I'm gonna disagree about it not working. I've had girlfriends with whom it worked and others with whom it didn't. Depends on a lot of things. Body size is one of them, you have to fit together right. Also helps if it turns her on to have a dick in her mouth. If she gives head grudgingly then neither of you are going to be enjoying it.
When it works it's extremely hot. It was easy for me to time it so that we both came together.
You might try different positions, like side to side, or with her kind of half on/half off you. But if it's not working for you, then that might just be a fact that you have to live with.
