We tried to give people the whole week, so sometimes it was a little slow for a day or two or three as people were writing ideas. You can participate as you wish, but I thought the best part of it, for me, was trying to grow out of my comfort zone and try new things. You only get better with practice. We do want to vary it up though, so that there was a little bit of different forms of writing.
