If you're going to do it... DON'T name names, DON'T refer to other threads (this includes wholly copying a post and substituting words or portions of the original text like Mad Libs), and finally, if most importantly...
DON'T let your approach make the fruits of your labor go bad. I think there could have been a much better thread of an indictment of cultural and societal biases that allow "________" people to be harrassed while "___________" people are somehow more protected, had it been handled differently. Not that i'm condoning what happened here, this was just personal griping.
