To clarify what the above people are saying:
1> The Doctor will check for pregnancy, even if the Doctor doesn't think she is pregnant. A pregnancy test is an easy procedure that can save a lot of grief down the road.
2> Doctors will not trust teenagers who claim they are virgins. While your girlfriend isn't lieing, many teenaged females will claim they are a virgin while their mother is in the room.
3> Get her ass back to the Doctor. The pregnancy test is short and easy, and after it is eliminated the Doctor can see what really is wrong.
4> Even if she didn't have vaginal intercourse ("sex"), she could be pregnant. The odds are very low.
