Strange Famous: I know this has been a tough thing for you, and you've made a few attempts to try and reform your health. However, I know from experience that no matter how bad you think you want to lose weight, you're not going to be able to truly be successful with it until you have a reason and are willing to work for it.
When I was younger, I was always going for a few weeks dieting every now and then, and my weight kept yo-yoing until it reached a high of 300 in my senior year of highschool. I kept saying that I wanted to change it, and that I was unhappy, but I didn't really have the motivation until last November. That month I lost the girl I thought I'd end up with forever. Being single again was the motivation I needed to get off my ass and start eating right and working out. In less than a year, I've dropped down to 230 pounds, and my waist went from 44/46 to 38. I feel better about myself than I ever did. And you know what? It wasn't as hard as I'd made it out to be my whole life. All it took were small modifications.
It's like I've said before: if you're willing to make (and keep) drastic changes in activity and diet, then yes you'll see good results. If you're not, then it won't matter how great your diet plan is, cause you won't be able to stick with it. However, maybe you'll be able to stick to gradual changes in eating and exercise. For me, the difference was just to start eating like a normal person instead of the unholy intake of calories it took to maintain my weight. I wasn't eating health-food, just normal portions of normal food. And it worked.
I genuinely hope that you're able to find your own motivation and do this for yourself. It's a great feeling to know that you're the master of your own body and life.
