don't take suppliments!
eat lots of carbs. do heavy heavy weights at the gym, aim for 4-6 reps max and really heavy so that after the last one you couldn't do another.
bulking up is hard for most people though so don't expect too much.
i have the opposite problem, bulk too easy, and given the sports i train for need weight to be at a minimum it is not ideal. but hey you just have to make do with the body shape that you have.
