It sounds like it could be a yeast infection, which are perfectly normal but absolutely should be checked by a doctor. If she has questions about how her body works, or is unsure of something (so she can smack you upside the head for accusing her of cheating
She should really have a discussion with her doctor. (And if she's sexually active, she ought to have a doctor.)
