It's a great classic name and I don't think you should be afraid to use it. In a few years the significance of the Anthony Hopkins movies will fade and no one will make the connection, except for a few old film buffs.
Case in point; my real first name is Mark (duh!), and for years older people called me Dr. Welby. WTF? It was a long time before I figured out that there was a TV show in the 60's about a Dr. Markus Welby.
Anyway, just don't call your son Rambo.
