The XBOX is in a totally different realm than the PC!

An XBox is a console gaming system, which means that it is meant for gaming parties, quick 30 minute sessions, and lots of carnage on a big screen.

A PC is a multipurpose home computing machine of which games are a tiny aspect of. PCs are unbeleivably more powerful than an XBOX, simply because of it's openness, the vast array of things that you can accomplish with it: Art, Information, Bill paying, Simulation, etc.

BUT... How many times havve you had someone over to play a two player game on your PC? The XBOX and any other console for that matter is an entirely different social experiment, something that (for me) is a pastime for two or more people in close physical proximity.

LAN parties are fun, but they take a lot of planning and a lot of space.

My PC and XBOX live in harmony less than ten feet from each other, I love them both equally, like your Mom used to tell you and your sister/brother/ferret.
