Hey Strange Famous.
I have run into this problem a handfull of times on clients PC's. It happens 99% of the time when your Internet Cache has become currupt.
To correct this :-
In internet Explorer go to
Tools, then Options, select the General tab, and then click the Delete Files button.
Restart Internet explorer and all should be fixed.
