The WHOLE reason Kerry's numbers went up was because he didn't focus on the papers, he focussed on issues.
My point is that the DNC isn't letting up and IMO it will come back and bite Kerry again.
The DNC just needs to let it go. The papers that came out should not and did not need to be commented on by the DNC or Mcauliffe. They just add more fuel to the fire by bringing them up.
The papers didn't really show me anything negative about Bush. However the DNC comments made me wonder why they would bring attention to them. To me it looks like sabotage because Kerry was building up steam and Mcauliffe wasn't being quoted enough anymore.
Hopefully he doesn't do anything about them and keeps pounding the issues.
