I have had two YJs all lifted and modified to the hilt. It averaged about $5000 in parts for each one. I did all the work myself. I now drive on desert patrol every workday a Jeep XJ 2000 Sport. It is Pro Comp lifted, big BF Goodrich tires, transfer case modification, CV Joint driveshaft, custom bumpers, K&N Air filter and intake, locking differentials and Optima battery. I plan to install a roof Safari Rack with hi-lift jack, shovel mounts and driving lights.
