Final fantasy IV was re-released with crono trigger, in a thing called final fantasy chronicles, so thats the link there.
Crystal Cronicles, along with final fantasy Tactics, are a offshoot type thing, and not a rpg in the same sense as the others.
They decided that the online one was storyish enough or something to be called XI so it is, theres probs a better reason out there heh.
