Tehblaed...Sounds like it to me, but just from my personal experience, sure not a professional one. When that happens do you ever get something to eat? If so, does it help?
Either way in my opinion you should see your doctor. The test for hypoglycemia is simple, but takes a fair amount of time. The lab I go to gives you some really sweet liquid to drink, then check your blood about every 45 minutes for several hours...tracking what your sugar level does. Last time I checked there was no "pill" to fix it, has to be controlled by diet, and eating habits as far as I know.
