I think everyone in this thread is has the right idea. If she didn't want you to call, she wouldn't have given out her number.
Just call her and stop worrying about what is going to happen. If she is going to be so petty as to rate you by when you call, then obviously she isn't the right one. Let some other schmoe have her and play her silly games.
