I've been on the receiving end once, 25 years ago, from an ex girlfriend. I think about it every time I drive on that stretch of highway. My wife doesn't do that in the bedroom, so I doubt she'll do it in a moving car while I'm driving.
On the other hand, I have taken care of her several times while I am driving. She seems to like that (and so do I).
