I use a program called NetLimiter to keep tract for me.

Currently I have used:
Down: 12.7Gig
Up: 1.5Gig

Nothing like my old days where it would be 40-60 Gig down, and 20-30 Gig up. Ahh yes.. a majority of that was not legal... But I dont even use P2p crap anymore let alone the other things i use to do.
