I experience symptoms every now and then. I can skip meals sometimes depending on what I have eaten for breakfast or lunch. But then sometimes it just comes on.
I remember one time I was sitting in class and started seeing black dots and almost passed out. After I ate lunch I started to feel better. And then another time I was on a road trip and I started to get dizzy and my hands were shaking and I just started to zone out. Had to make a quick stop to get me something to eat to get my blood sugar back up.
I don't have diabetes so I guess I'm lucky there. I just grab some food and I start to feel better shortly after.
