Use a glass with something to drink. She can rinse her mouth and spit it back out. Nice and easy. I know some drinks will make it very sticky while others will dilute it, I have no experience in this so experiment to get best results. Also help is if the glass was opaque…otherwise it will look like a science experiment gone wrong.
