I like a simple poached egg on top of a buttered piece of toast. For extravagant mornings, I either make strawberry-walnut pancakes (chock full of strawberries and walnuts so that it feels like the pancake itself is merely a thin web holding the berries and nuts together), or the Freshman's Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich (not really called that by anyone but me). Scrambled eggs, bacon and ketchup on a bagel.
If you want to stick with yogurt in the mornings, here are some things to mix/dip in it:
*waffles (my personal favorite are blueberry eggos)
*other cereals
*berries
*fruit
*honey
*peanut butter
*nutella
*nuts
*anything leftover/packaged and bready (poptarts, french toast, strudels...)
Use these separately or in different combinations for variety.
Breakfast is the best meal. Ever.
