Tomatoes on Bruschetta
A couple of large, ripe tomatoes
Lots of garlic
Olive oil
Fresh basil
Fresh bruschetta
Cut up the tomatoes kind of small, mix in bowl with crushed garlic, olive oil, chopped basil and freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.
Leave in fridge for an hour or so. Toast bruschetta and spread tomato mix over while bread still hot.
Delish.
