There's that, however what about the life of CDs? When you purchase a CD you purchase a license to have that music forever. CD's were supposed to last "forever" and now we're finding out they last less than 20 years on average. It should be our right to make copies for personal use.
That goes for DVD's too. When will DVD buners be able to burn in DVD-9 format?
