Dude, you're not alone. I've never had stage fright, but I am in the Navy... we have multiple piss-tests every year. Trust me, there's lots of people who have stage fright.
For those poor souls that get chosen to watch the testees (to make sure it's not faked), they have many stories. Everything from running water in the sink to singing for the pissers. Just relax is the only thing I can tell you.
