I have dived many times with sharks in Australia - White and Black-tipped Reef, Nurse, Leopard, and Wobbegongs. Although these are generally non-aggressive sharks, it was still a very exilarating experience.
Although I never saw any, the nasty ones were there. Only a couple miles down the coast from where I was diving, a guy on his honeymoon was taken by a White Pointer - right in front of his wife. Didn't stop me from going back in the water, but I did tend to "look over my shoulder" a bit after that.
I'd actually like to see a White or Tiger up close, but only from within a cage.
