Alternatively, perhaps you could start with foreplay, take a break to fantasize WITH her while she calls Bob.. (heh) and after she's gotten off that way, jump back in and give it another go. (I've also always loved that phrase "Bob's your uncle" but most people here in the US don't get it.)
