I heard that there was a "doctor" giving horozontal pussies to transgenders... He had some sort of issue with women and was taking it out on transgenders because he could... I think it was something like he had these vision of horozontal vagina and felt the irresistable urge to recreate his visions...
I heard he was finally arrested but not before causing much fear and loathing in the transgender community at large.
