Well, first off let me say I'm not sure which card runs your referencing, so this isn't specific at all.

Three ways to go about pricing:
Visit your comic shop, you'll probably be offered a dime.
Check on ebay
Buy a copy of Wizard, they usualy have prices for cards in them (as of a year or two ago, still, anyway), although it's usualy for the whole set of cards, with a few exceptions.

These type of cards aren't really worth much in the market today, generaly speaking. Marvel Universe(?) cards made around 1988 or so I think sell ok, as do Marvel Masterpieces series 1 (around 92 I think). On your average run of collectible cards, though, generaly only the "special" cards, like foils or holograms, will fetch money.

There was a collecting boom in the late 80s to mid 90s, which caused a devalutation to occur almost across the board in the area of collectible cards and comics.
