Not sure but since no one else replied, I figure I'd take a stab at an answer. I'd say since you were out in a public place and since the course does have its pins close to the road, if you get sued you could probably get a lawyer to figure out a way where it's not your fault. But since it was "technically" a company vehicle, the guy might just get papa john's to pay for it. It would seem like a lot of work on his part to get a $100 dent replaced.
