Drug use - spiritual?
I have not used controlled substances. I have not personally seen positive results of anyone I know using them. I have only seen recreational uses of drugs. I have heard that some people can use certain drugs for spiritual purposes and revelations.
I am curious if those of you here who have used drugs have ever used them for spiritual enlightenment. If so what have you gleaned from your experiences. Do you seek it out often with a watcher? How do you approach it?
I don't intend this as a should it be legal or not, or are drugs good for you or not. Those subjects have been discussed here ad nauseam. I'm just curious about the spiritual purposes of drugs.
