I don't think affirmative action is the answer, but it is clear to me that white people have been benefitting from de facto affirmative action for a long fucking time. If you are a white male, try growing out your hair and driving a volkswagon beetle.. see how often you get pulled over. You will get pulled.. A LOT.. simply for your appearance. Cops pull over people who they think look like criminals. I seriously doubt a black man dressed like your usual suburban caucasion dork is going to get pulled more frequently than your usual caucasion suburban dork.
