A Real American

On the streets, in their homes, at their jobs- while they eat, sit, stand, pray, talk, laugh, walk, run, skip, jump, dance, head-bang, tease, touch, caress, kiss, love, fuck, AND... while having their picture taken. That is the "real" them. They wear the "gallons of ink" and "dozen piercings" because they want to, they like to, and it's a form of expression for them, coming directly from their own feelings and thoughts, and not what others think they should do to themselves.
My point is they don't represent the real in terms of the average woman. To me they are a caricature of a real woman, just as a plastic girl is. My opinion, my belief, and my hard on. I don't like an ink covered woman, and piercings don't really do much for me either. Even if they have that image 24/7, it still is a fabricated one, and more extreme than a regular woman.
They're not getting implants because society says it's hot, they're not getting plastic surgery to fit some mold society has created, and they don't give a shit what you or anyone else thinks about how they look- and that is as real as it gets.
The same could be said for millions of women who don't look anything like SGs. It still doesn't make them real to me. They are still an alternative.
If this is not the definition by which we classify what a "real" person is, then exactly how do you suppose it is defined?
This is just semantics; Of course they're "real" in the respect you can touch them, they have lives, etc etc. I'm saying their image is not "real" in the sense that is implied. It's been said several times in this thread; they are alternative. That means a departure from the regular. No one is born with tattoos and piercings. It's my personal belief that these can enhance someone if done in moderation, but it's not attractive when it becomes the entire look. This makes them "unreal" to me.
Also, I take personal offense to your comment:
That is a horribly perverse generalization based on your limited knowledge, or ignorance, on the subject. There are many, many different types of girls in this genre, and it seems you may have only been able to see something of a percentage of the whole.
So where are the "fat" women? I have NEVER seen a fat SG. EVER. I like some skinny women, but until they get some fat pics in circulation, I don't want to hear about different types. When I see an SG thread anywhere I can predict with 90% accuracy what the girl is gonna look like. IMO too many tats, too many piercings, and way too damn skinny. And I said there are a couple of good ones, just like Elvis had a couple good songs. It still doesn't make me like them any more.
And I've seen literally dozens of SG threads at several forums. I know what I'm talking about, it's my opinion of it you don't like.
Also- keep in mind that when you say something like this, you are insulting those who DO find beauty in the shape, features, etc., of these girls. Not every girl is for every person. Please take that into account and note the difference between your opinion, and a broad statement.

I do find a couple of them attractive but they do not represent my idea of a "real" girl.
It's all fake to me.
I thnk those 3 quotes demonstrate it was always my opinion. If you are insulted by anything I say here, you are being way too sensitive. I censor myself on here more than any other forum I go to...Nothing I say here is intended to offend anyone, just to disagree.
I will reiterate. SG does not represent this man's idea of attractiveness overall, and I'm kind of insulted that I'm expected to like them and think they're real because they are alternative. They are just as much of a niche market as any plastic model. They don't get extra points for living their gimmick.
MY opinion.
