When you're going to be late...

If I'm going to be more than a couple of hours outside the norm I will send a text. If I am going to be working away from the local site for a day I try to remember to tell the family a couple of days before in case someone is expecting a lift somewhere.

It worries me if someone else in the family is not running to time and hasn't warned me, but both my wife and daughter regularly forget to charge their phones, so I try not to fret too much.
