What's your MBTI personality type?

ENFJ, although Im unsure whatall it means.

 

INTP. I used to be INTJ, and have also tested as INTP and INFJ depending on what my life has been like recently. I'll be curious to see if it changes at all now that I have finished grad school and will be working with people daily. Most of my patients assume I am an extravert, as well as newer friends, so I know my introversion has decreased over the years.

 

It's been about 8-9 years since I was formally tested, but I think I came out as an ENFJ. According to Myers-Briggs that reads out as:

Warm, empathetic, responsive, and responsible. Highly attuned to the emotions, needs, and motivations of others. Find potential in everyone, want to help others fulfill their potential. May act as catalysts for individual and group growth. Loyal, responsive to praise and criticism. Sociable, facilitate others in a group, and provide inspiring leadership

 

My big issue with the MBTI is that it doesn't have names for the negative personality types we encounter on a regular basis working in cubicle land:

The Brown-Noser
The Pedantic Cocksucker
The Responsibility Teflon Guy
The Group Work Smoke Bomb Ninja
etc.

 

Fuuuuu.. ! Figures, it's the least amount. I'm a INFP.

 

I'm a little surprised that INTJ's (my group) do so well in terms of income.

But then, I'm blinded by my own low self-expectations. My own individual income (let alone household income) is admittedly well off the top of this chart.

 

Yeah, yeah, I know. I just didn't imagine I was capable of being successful at any of those things.

My test is always either infp or infj depending on the day I take it.

INFJ PERSONALITY

As Diplomats (NF), they have an inborn sense of idealism and morality, but what sets them apart is the accompanying Judging (J) trait – INFJs are not idle dreamers, but people capable of taking concrete steps to realize their goals and make a lasting positive impact.

INFJs tend to see helping others as their purpose in life, but while people with this personality type can be found engaging rescue efforts and doing charity work, their real passion is to get to the heart of the issue so that people need not be rescued at all.
