What's the Weather Like Where You Are?

That's sad to heat. hopefully they can get it under control very soon.

 

So I'm supposed to be in Ft. Lauderdale next week for a conference.... if there's still a Ft. Lauderdale....

 

Hot, Humid and Gray as the smoke from the fires in the interior of the province blanket everything.

 

I just talked to my son and it's still there. I think they will be okay where they are...they have food, lots of ice made and water. My daughter left Ft. Meyers last night and is closer to the hospital she works in. The girl she is with has a newly constructed home which is good for hurricanes. :/ I just can't believe the size of this storm.

 

They cancelled the conference, the hotel closed for the week out of safety and evacuation concerns.

 

Perfect mild temperature, little wind, great outside days

 

Rained all night and day

 

Yesterday: Cold with drizzling rain all day.

Early this morning: Snow (in Houston!!). At 5:00AM I could actually see it falling, and build up on my clothing; it's tapered off quite a bit. I need to re-size some photos before I post them.

 

now, its sleeting. forecast is some snow throughout the day. we will see

lets just say that theres no bread and milk at the store according to the news.

 

we had a small inch of snow yesterday in Quebex.

 

Snow, then rain, snow, then rain, snow.. rinse and repeat.
Black ice city.


Which is better than just down the road where the rain was snow so they have 56" of snow.



They are panning down the main highway which had been cleared just 24 hours before.

 

That snow looks like fun.....for about 10 minutes....OMG....

 

7 inches of snow, im impressed,

Feels like it's going to get to at least 60 here in Denver

 

well it stopped snowing about 11. its all pretty and stuff, but its starting to melt off slowly. forecast to be 20 tonight. glad I don't have to work tomorrow.
