I made sweet potato hash yesterday with my homemade turkey breakfast sausage, sweet potatoes (cubed and nuked for a minute, then pan-finished), and onion.
Today, I did it the same with the leftovers for lunch... topped it with a soft fried egg, so the yolk made a yummy "sauce".

The conference location served bread, salad with hardboiled egg and bacon bits, fried chicken in white gravy, pan-fried potatoes, broccoli, and pie.
What did I eat for lunch? A few leaves of spinach and two broccoli crowns.
I could have had the vegetarian option, they said... Which was potatoes, bread, and broccoli.
    Fuck you, Texas.

Apple, pbj sandwich, fennel seeds. It was probably not enough. But it's Friday in Lent.

Not sure I'm going to be able to stand up, and I barely touched the fries.

I feel like those kids in Jurassic Park, in the first few seconds after they see the T. Rex. I'm staring at the screen, slack-jawed.

It's both awesome and terrifying at the same time....

Holy crap, Borla! Did you walk away on your own power?

So I now live five minutes from a Five Guys. I've put off going there for a month. I finally caved today, and boy, was it worth it. Such a good burger.

Flat tater tots covered with cheese, drizzled with sriracha sauce, and topped by three fried eggs, over easy. Was in a hurry and ate lunch late. I'm not much on hot sauce on eggs, but it was on potatoes so I thought I'd try it.

I'm still not sure about the sriracha and eggs. I'll give it a while and see if my taste buds evolve.

I put it on everything, really. That stuff is like ketchup in this house.

I might go eat some right now. Either way, I have to devise a way to get some into my lunch.
