Last night, I made a wild rice blend and threw in some sauteed mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. So yummy.

Tonight will probably be Chinese. Sesame tofu? Yes, I think so.

On second thought, that may be tomorrow night. Most of the good recipes require a bit more prep time than I think I'll have this evening.

I'm also open to suggestions as to how to prepare this on the grill, if anyone has any.

Yummmm. Love sesame tofu. Sure, I'm not vegetarian, and I could order meat, but sesame tofu is just soooo good.

Portabella mushroom stuffed with fresh mozz, pesto, and tomato, broiled for 8 minutes until juicy. Delicious. Like caprese salad but much more filling.

Going by the "meal after work" definition, dinner was chicken tenders and fires this morning. Cheap and easy in the deep fry.
"Deep fried so you know it just has to be healthy."

This is probably shocking to you all, but I'm going to light the grill.

Throwing on some brats and green beans.

@ZombieSquirrel's roommate K. made some epic brats a couple weeks ago. It was really cute--before the brats went on, he wanted to make sure I knew there were burgers ready to eat. Nope, I said, I'm waiting for brats! They were worth it.

I think I'm going to try a Bourbon Marinade on some flank steak.
