I think she's bringing home Chinese. I'm not a huge fan but will tolerate it occasionally to humor her love for it.

Pot roast, baked potato (I hate potatoes cooked with the roast for some reason), carrots, and crusty bread.

No, not at all. Personally, I think that's one of those times a giant cheeseburger is called for.

    I concur.

We had yummy Taco Lu for lunch... A veggie and a Tempeh Bangin'. So what's for dinner? Pho, of course. :D THE hangover cure.

Fantastic Foods veggie sloppy joe mix with a few additions: onion, tomato, more garlic, and Greek yogurt.

Potato soup. My family traditionally does clam chowder for Christmas Eve, so potato soup is a close vegetarian alternative, right?

Oyster stew, lutefisk (for my Swedish boyfriend... I don't really care for it) and New Mexico pork green chile.

    No. :D

My SO makes an incredible potato soup, and would rock your socks off. I've been wanting to share the recipe since I tasted it, but I keep forgetting. Next time!

I added diced smoked ham and sliced Bockwurst, and makes it become really homely. *drools for the next batch of potato soup*
