    I don't know about Szechuan chicken, but I know spaghetti and chili are always better reheated.

    I had that for dinner on Wednesday. I discovered they sell two packs of Kashi Toasted Berry Crumble at Costco.

    I did up lemon pepper salmon on the indoor grill with a side of asparagus sauteed in butter and garlic. Tasty.

    Bonefish Grille...Softshell crabs (crab) with a crabcake and sauteed spinach...mmm garlic...
    Only a few days left on this as they go out of season..(we're told)

    Kebobs last night.
    Marinated beef and lamb; veggies included red and green peppers, onion, tomatoes, portabella mushroom.
    Side of asparagus and wild rice.
    Oh the post prandial slump in the hammock was glorious!

    A burger made of wild boar, with horseradish cream, cole slaw, and fried onions on it.

    Dungeness Crab, shrimp and cod. Some steamed bok choy with ginger root, sesame oil, a little soy sauce. Whole grain toasted buns. This after working 11 hrs. yum!
