Grilled pork chops, grilled hashbrowns (I think it's the first time I've made hashbrowns on the grill), and some grilled veggies.

Tonight was ham, broccoli mac and cheese, tuna pasta salad, and broccoli bread with garlic butter.

I made this to take to Easter dinner. I added some daikon radish to the mix. Next time, I would make more dressing. I definitely plan on making it again, especially if I can get cress from the farmer's market.

How much active time was involved with this? It's really pretty.

I used my food processor, which probably cut down on the time a bit, but altogether it took me about 20 minutes.

Dont ask me how to cook it, the guy in my local Balti House did it. Very nice though!

    Well... it was allright.

1 - slice up an aubergine, spread some olive oil on it, put it under the grill for 5 mins
2 - fry up some onion and garlic, once its starting to cook pour on a tin of tomato's, add parsly and some pepper
3 - put the grilled aubergine and the tomato sauce in layers in a baking tin
4 - break up some breakcrumbs on the tip and add some cheese spread
    5 - bake 30 mins at 200C

It was allright. The tomato dominated too much and I didnt cook it long enough to take the sharpness out of it, thats what I'd do different next time.

I'd never had aubergine before. It was allright.

I went to Hooters once (in CT)

It was too pricey for my taste and the wings weren't that good. I dont object to being served by a young waitress in hot pants, but I dont expect to pay bloody extra for it.
