    I had this at Ranchero Relaxo in Toronto. I'm not sure about the product they use, but it's most likely based on wheat gluten and soy.

    Seitan (wheat gluten) is awesome. I want to make my own.

    mess hall leftovers.... really really good selection actually. i had some mashed taters on top of a croissant (open-face sandwich style) topped with meatballs and gravy. throw in some juice, a serving of fruit, and a cup of coffee... and i call it a successful dinner

    I have a frozen vegan burrito to eat if there is nothing for me to eat at the house I'm babysitting at. Let's hope they got pizza and I can just pull off the cheese.
