    Sweet and mellow chicken with bourbon and brown sugar sauce, succotash (butter beans instead of lima beans, added in green beans and white hominy also), black eyed peas with pearl onions and beef bacon, mashed sweet potatoes with molasses and fresh vanilla, steamed green pea shoots with sea salt and olive oil. Southern cooking made by a nice Northern Jewish boy.

    I made tacos tonight. The best part about tacos is that the leftover ground beef / refried bean splatglob in the Tupperware container gets cold and becomes a delicious edible adhesive.
