Food What's For Dinner Tonight?

    Right, I just had the following.

    On the one hand I served up a cup 1 1/2 of rice from my brand new rice cooker (1 cup would have been enough)

    On the other I chopped up two BIG mushrooms and 1 segment of garlic and I cooked them in some olive oil in my wok

    Once the mushrooms started to lose the excess moisture and shrink, I poured a cup of Campells chicken soup (condensed version) over them, and simmered at a low heat for 15 mins. Near the end I added a few shakes of black pepper.

    I then combined these two things on a plate and it was pretty good.

    Dont know what you would call it, so I will say it was mushrooms and rice in chicken sauce.
