Last night, I had beef tenderloin tartar, short ribs with truffled spaghetti squash, and flourless chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and a bunch of flavor bombs with it from the nut family.

Cold leftover medium rare ribeye. It had a brown garlic butter crust on part of it. I like steak cold as well as sizzling hot. A few grapes and strawberries. Strawberries aren't very good this time of year.

We're going to make a spicy & sweet curry using some leftover lamb & beef, plan to incorporate plenty of veggies in the curry and in the rice.

Last night I planned to have a couple of sliders using the vagabond baked beans leftover from Christmas dinner. I was disappointed, and happy, to learn that most of them were eaten yesterday, and what little was left went to my mother and my sister.

Sounds like you must be a long ways from home. Does the co-op farm-raise the salmon there in NoDak?

Halibut baked for 15m at 400F after being rubbed with evoo, sprinkled with pink sea salt and cracked pepper. Sautéed fresh spinach with leeks, garlic, and a few sliced cherry tomatoes. Baked Hannah sweet potatoes whipped with pink salt, cracked pepper, cultured pasture butter, and flax milk. Bam.

Forgot to snap pics of the Wagyu sashimi and cotton candy bacon apps, but we split this for the main course:

I'm usually a ribeye guy, but the NY strip progression was epic.

Also, if you've never broken a sunny-side up egg over creamed spinach........DO IT!

This is what it looks like when you order extra sausage at my favorite local pizza place.

Keep in mind 'extra' costs $.50 more....

Ratatouille from The Kitchn plus a pound of grassfed beef and some in house made Italian sausage from Whole Foods. Topped with fresh basil and a little evoo. Hells yes. Pure food.
