    Lunch was pulled pork on croissants at my sister's.
    Dinner was tacos, with plenty of fresh spinach, red tip lettuce, & diced tomato.

    Fridge issues means I've been making weird combinations out of the pantry for the past couple days. Tonight was baked beans and Southwestern vegetable soup (both had a healthy dash of cayenne pepper.)
