    To be determined.

My wife's last day of school is today, so we should have about two months of being able to research, plan, & cook more elaborate dinners.

Sliced up a Snake River Farms ribeye roast into steaks. Grilled two, left the other four frozen and rewrapped them for another day.

Twice this week we "cheated." On Sunday afternoon we bought a seasoned rotisserie chicken at Sam's Club. I love rotisserie chicken and for $4.95 it's a great deal. We had leftover chicken last night.

Tonight it's going to be homemade manicotti.

Fajitas! I love fajitas because they only take 10 minutes to make.

A Chris Noyb experiment, in the oven as I type--Pork chops, topped with a mix of Dijon mustard & honey mustard BBQ sauce, and pineapple rings. Baked potato with all the goodies (we were given some fresh garlic chives). Veggie to be determined.

We recently pulled a couple of containers out of the chest freezer.

Dinner will be leftover homemade "Wendy's" chili.

Desert will be homemade, from scratch using fresh cherries, cherry pie.
