    Buttermilk cornbread, black-eyed peas and rice topped with diced onion and tomato, slow-cooked collard greens (with hot pepper vinegar, of course), and ham steaks.
    I don't have any sweet tea, but I think I'm going to have a Palm. Southern food CAN be healthy, yo.

    150 miles North of SOUTHERNMOST POINT IN THE US
    The crockpot BUTTER CHICKEN was excellent, a lot of ingreedents..Garam masala..etc but once you have all the spices, there is no mess (with a crockpot liner) some rice and 6 hours later its dinner...
    All day to cook 20 minutes to eat....(the usual)...couple glasses of wine and VOILA...

    Try marinating steaks in Worcestershire sauce (Frenchs reduced sodiun) for an hour or so...seems to bring out the flavor.
