Food What's For Dinner Tonight?

    Lemon pepper chicken with oven roasted potatoes and fresh green beans. Cooked it all in the same dish.

    I'm going to rub some coho salmon with Organicville dijon mustard, sprinkle with tarragon and sea salt, and roll in chopped pistachios... and steam some broccoli with sea salt, cracked pepper, and butter.

    Great selection, what I like most though is that you prepared it all in the same dish. I do the same, only I over cook and freeze for later.

    Tacos. I used tofu and the Frontera simmer sauce for pork carnitas--they go really well together.

    Italian sausage links, hot. I pierce them many times and slow cook them in a griddle/raised ridges pan to let plenty of fat run out.
    Potatoes au gratin. We use plenty of green onions.
    Steamed broccoli.

    Veggie meatballs and a vegetable ragu, served over cauliflower rice, with a light tomato sauce.

    corned beef brisket in my crock pot over night with potatoes and onions of course come on TFP you know what day it is
