A sirloin tip roast. I'm just not sure how I'm going to prepare it yet. *hmm*

I'm not sure what the full compliment will be tonight, but it at least includes some sweet potato coconut milk soup. It's the first time I'm trying this recipe. At the very least: it smells divine.

Prolly make some sammiches or something to go with it.

Some of my chili... topped with Tillamook extra sharp limited edition cheddar and some fat-free saltines (they're crispier!) and a Palm.

We had Trader Joe's tofu-edamame nuggets. They're really really good, actually.

A meatball sub. And, as always, everything is made better with sauerkraut.

    Is Jack the orange one?
It was in the bin of squash for 59 cents a pound and I'm not familiar with that type.
I know Ms. Acorn, on the right, and most all of her fellow winter kin.
What kind of squash is that orange one? It was more mottled with a greenish hue than appears in this photo.

  14. Pizza party tonight! I'm taking artichokes and mushrooms for a non-meaty pizza.

    Yay, pizza night!

I'm having my first cheeseless pizza in years: mushrooms, spinach, herbed tomatoes, zucchini, and olive oil on a whole wheat crust.

I made chicken parmigiana. (and I am very grateful for spell check because I had no idea how to spell that)

I had frozen yogurt for dinner. It's a thing I do once in a while with a coworker because we always joke with the kids that once they're grown up, they can have ice cream for dinner.

I think we'll do something light for dinner tonight. We've eaten a lot of good food this weekend.
