Probably broccoli and cheddar soup since the roast I took out of the freezer isn't thawed out yet.

We like most legumes. Being from the South(central/west) I grew up eating beans, but my wife grew up in England and beans were a special treat.

My next pot of beans is going to be "butter" beans flavored with the gristley bits of ham that I saved & froze from out TG ham. The ham bone, with a fair amount of 'tough' meat on it, will go into a pot of pinto beans.

Pork Chops, with Spanish rice...covered in salsa. With string beans on the side.

Trader Joe's seasoned roast beef slices and black forest ham (no preservatives, no nitrites, no nitrates) with homemade egg salaf from two 12 minute eggs, chopped with cornichons, veganaise, fleur de sel, and a little organic yellow mustard. Egg salad meat tacos!

Cool...I decided to use a bit of soy sauce on the veggies, instead of the usual salt...it worked.

I sliced up the roast into thin strips (it was still slightly frozen) mixed it with onion, garlic, shitaki mushroom, and pineapple.
Stir fried it and ate it over rice.

  18. When most people meet their maker, it's not for a spaghetti dinner

If Gawd does indeed exist, I'd be curious to know if he cuts his spaghetti, or twirls it around in a spoon.
