    Last night was Digiorno (sp) Four Cheese Rising Crust pizza, doctored with garlic powder, plenty of chopped onion & green bell pepper, and extra mozzarella cheese.

    Yes. No exaggeration. And many of you realize what a beef snob I am. :eek:

    Early dinner before the PJ concert. The special was fresh, flown in from Japan, A5 Kobe beef by the ounce, NY strip.

    Wow. Practically makes you feel high off the richness. Crazy good.

    Homemade vegetarian shoyu ramen, topped with aburaage, nori, soft-boiled egg, and a sprinkle of shichimi togarashi. I should have taken a picture. It was delicious and beautiful, but I don't have real ramen bowls, so it wasn't as pretty as it could have been.

    The Thai gyoza from Trader Joe's along with some fried rice. So yum and easy, too.
